Absentee Ballot

                USE THIS BALLOT ONLY IF YOU WILL NOT BE PRESENT AT THE ANNUAL MEETING

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.      Each member may vote once for each action, with no more than two votes per lot (if owned by more than one member).

2.      Only one member per ballot.  Please use a separate ballot for each voter.

3.      A ballot must have a printed name, signature, and address to be counted PLUS neighborhood dues in good standing.

4.      Please return to Suzanne Elms by 12pm Sunday, May 31^st, 2026.  In person (10810 Cherokee Rd or by email rhosuze@aol.com
